Goal
Gain customer and staff insights and provide recommendations for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
Result
Designed and conducted a six-week ethnographic design research and synthesis process for each client that yielded more than ten easy-to-implement, revenue-generating recommendations for “front-of-the-house” change. Recommendations spanned staff training, customer offerings, and adjustments to the physical space.
